Daniel D. Ware has practiced law since 1998 and is admitted in Mississippi, the U.S. District Court Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, and the U.S. Court of Appeals 5th Circuit.  He is proud of his efforts to develop a firm that services consumers in a broad range of legal issues.  Mr. Ware's MaGee firm offers experience and aggressive representation in matters of personal injury, workers' compensation, bankruptcy, insurance law, DUI/DWI, criminal law, labor law, and employment law.  He also works with clients in matters involving election campaign and political law, probate and estate administration, military law, and child support.  He prepares each matter for litigation or appeal in order to stay with his clients and their legal issues until the matter is resolved.

Mr. Ware is a member of several professional organizations, including the Mississippi Trial Lawyers Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the American Bar Association.  He has is also served as President of the Simpson County Bar Association and is involved in local politics as a member of the Executive Committee of the Mississippi Democratic Party.  Mr. Ware has also served the youth of MaGee by acting as an Assistant Boy Scout Master.

Mr. Ware earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi School of Law.  He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Mississippi College in Clinton, Mississippi.
